Brexit and lump sum agreement

Due to Brexit, UK nationals are no more considered as EU members since 01.01.2021.
Then, the lump sum agreements became much more expensive to meet the Swiss law.
In 2022, a new practive from the administration could partially change the rules. See below!

In a nutshell :

Before

Third country (including UK since 01.01.2021) minimum lump sum agreement : CHF 700'000.-

After

Third country (including UK) minimum lump sum agreement if < 55 y.o. : CHF 700'000.- (no change)

Third country (including UK) minimum lump sum agreement if > 55 y.o. : CHF 500'000.- (new)
