New staff
1. Estelle Tornay has been hired as a part-time secretary to assist Louis to manage the various paperwork. She helps Louis to concentrate more on his specific job and on the clients' needs!
2. Angemarie Tornay, certified accountant, has been hired to deal with the various accounting files and all social insurances and payslips issues. It makes possible to meet the various deadlines (VAT, direct tax,...). She also helps Louis to concentrate more on tax matters.
Currently, 6 people are working part-time for Swiss Tax Services SA.
New skills
Estelle Richard is now studying tax at the highest Swiss level. This is strong commitment, which already permit to deal with various difficult tax issues.
Louis Tornay has just completed successfully his CAS (Certificate Advanced Studies) in merger, acquisition and transfer of businesses in Lausanne. This should help him to get a broader views on various aspects linked to business transmission.
